I have over 400 flair over on r/Knife_Swap, and a big part of that has been through designing custom hardshell storage cases for high-end pocket knives. I've recently started getting into watches, and found that the current hardshell (waterproof, dustproof, shockproof) offerings are pretty limited and super expensive...so decided to make one and see if its something ya'll are into! This starts as a (new) Nanuk 903 hardshell case. Next is a custom designed and printed insert with three pockets and three pillows. All of the insert and pillows are made from quality 95a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) which is an awesome combination of super strong while still being soft and scratch-free for valuables. See the "squish" in one of the pictures...this is not what most people think of with 3d printing since its not a hard plastic. In my humble opinion a well-made TPU insert is way better than foam.
