This model embodies Seiko’s early application of what would become known as the “Grammar of Design” — the very same design language later formalized in Grand Seiko. Powered by the in-house Caliber 44A, this is a manual-wind movement with hacking, prized for its reliability and precise finishing. The sharply angled lugs, polished bezel, and silver sunburst dial give it a clean and confident vintage wrist presence. Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Dial is clean with light aging. Case is unpolished with strong edges and original brushing still visible. Movement is serviced and winds smoothly and runs well. All original parts. Caseback engraving and medallion are both intact.
