After 23 years on eBay their fees are killing me hence this post on a more friendly platform. The ceramic bezel has custom lume in matching color to the hands and dial. Secured with lacquer for protection. The Piccard retails for $550 and a custom lume service costs $100 if you ask a professional. The Piccard draws inspiration from the iconic 1960's Deep Sea Special. New, unworn, wrapped, in box, gorgeous...  but too massive for me. Compare online stock photos and you will notice a black ceramic bezel. That ceramic insert felt a tad too naked for me so I had it...  ...professionally filled with 100% matching lume and protective lacquer. I feel that it looks much better and wholesome. The lume also prevents the bezel cavities from accumulating dirt and dust.
