Hi WatchExchange, original owner here! I bought this Rolex 6916 in 1976, as a stainless-steel jubilee datejust (with great pride upon graduation from college). In 1980, I upgraded it to a two-tone oyster band, with a fancier 14K fluted bezel and crown, as seen in the photos. In 2010, I upgraded to this pretty "starry night" dial. This is a beloved watch that's been carefully worn and maintained over the years, as you can see from its fine patina / road rash. Would love for it to be someone's Valentines gift. The original "replaced" parts are included: dial, bezel, crystal, and stainless jubilee band, plus 2 extra links for the oyster TT band. Includes original hang tag and sales tag, plus service records from 2004 to present. Serviced in January 2025. Keeps time within seconds a day. Smooth winding action.
