For sale is this beautiful vintage Omega 14791-62. The watch was produced in 1962, is an excellent overall condition and remarkable for its age. The watch is all original, including signed crown, and signed crystal (shown under loupe in photos). The cross hair dial is gorgeous, with exquisite patina impossible to recreate in a lab. The patina is visible in lower light and nearly invisible in daylight. The cal. 562 automatic movement is clean and in excellent condition. Service history unknown, but the watch is running on average +/- 15 seconds a day. The 40 micron thick 14k gold plated case finish has very mild wear around the lugs, and some wear at the point the straps meets the case (not visible while wearing). The original crystal has small scratches at 9 and 5 which were hard to capture in the photos. The case back has a scratch as shown in the photos.
