It was produced in collaboration with the Princess of Monaco's charity AMADE, and quadruple world champion free diver Pierre Frolla. The watch was worn by Frolla during the 2006 Monaco GP, where he completed a spectacular free dive to a depth of over 50 m to retrieve the famous Damier checkered flag (race flag). He was wearing watch No. 4 of the edition limited to 2006 pieces, which was later sold at auction for €45,000. All the revenue from the sale of the 2006 pieces was donated by Hamilton to charity. The dial around the edge of the face can be rotated to display any one of AMADE’s mission aims: Freedom, Fraternity, Courage, Passion, Respect, Honor, Innocence, & Harmony.
