Dear Redditors, I wasn´t thinking of selling this watch online through reddit and send it by post (though it could be an option), but rather put it on ebay kleinanzeige and have someone pick it up (I am based in Germany). I am rather posting to ask for advice, as I have never sold a watch. This is a watch I got as a gift a few years ago and I never used it - somehow I forgot I had it. I have now other watches and i wear the same watch every day, so it´s just occupying space in my drawer. Thing is, I have no clue whatsoever how much should i ask for it. The watch is in very good condition as it has been barely used. No visible scratches or anything. I don´t have a box or any papers that came with it. Just the watch itself. Checked online and it seems this is a Certina DS Podium Chrono which costs new around €550. What is a reasonable price in such a situation? Half the original price? Less? How should I calculate?
