Led by the legendary Rick Marei following his remarkable turnaround of Doxa, Aquastar has been at the heart of the modern skindiver revival. The Deepstar II is not a re-creation of a classic '60s model, but rather a take on a simpler three-hand diver based on the layout and design cues of the original Deepstar. Big eye small seconds, decompression bezel, applied markers with lume in the middle, and that lovely sunburst grey dial. Great vintage charm but with a reliable Sellita movement and tough sapphire crystal.

This one hasn't been worn much, and it shows. Runs great, no issues.
