The crystal and case are in great condition. There is a small ding on the case around 10-11 o'clock which can be seen in the photos, but is not noticeable when wearing. The original black strap was misplaced and replaced with the one you see here, which I think looks better anyway. No box or papers are included. I also replaced the battery recently, so it should be good for another 3-4 years.
