Watch comes with Time Factors hard case and manual. This watch has been worn, but cared for. There is typical wear to the case and bezel, including some very light scratches. I can observe no deep scratches or gouges. I touched up the case and bezel with a Cape Cod Cloth. I took several pics under bright, harsh light to highlight the wear, under normal light the watch looks very good. I would conservatively rate the cosmetic condition at 90%.
