This is an interesting "transition" 2531.80 example. Some early 60,xxx,xxx serial number examples had a combination of tritium dials with superluminova hands during a short period of time as Omega was transitioning to away from tritium. To my knowledge these watches were also the only combination of 1120 movement with a tritium dial as previous examples had the 1109 movement.

Automatic Omega 1120 movement running with no known issues. Currently running within COSC specifications (-4/+6 seconds per 24 hours) with excellent amplitude.

Watch was serviced on 1/2/2024 by a professional watchmaker. 6 month warranty included to the original purchaser from me. (This warranty means that in the period of 6 months from purchase date...if the watch stops working or begins running significantly out of time, you can return the watch to me and I will have the watchmaker adjust or service the movement again. If anyone else attempts to work on this watch, the warranty is void.)

A "service" means the watchmaker completely overhauls the movement (complete disassembly, clean, oil, and adjust). The watch is mildly refinished, but may still have some blemishes as seen and described below. This is NOT a complete watch overhaul. There is NO pressure test performed, but the watch is submerged in 6" of water while cleaning with no issues.

Comes with original Omega 1503/825 "Bond" stainless bracelet with 9 full links plus 2 half links which measures approx. 7 7/8" with one end attached to the watch head and laid flat for measurement.

Watch comes with no box but does include service documentation. Watch has clearly visible 60 million serial number on the case and movement. Watch is guaranteed authentic!!

Condition - Blue bezel insert is near mint with no visible marks to my eyes and has faded to an amazing lighter blue shade. Outer bezel assembly is near mint with some minor nicks and scuffs. Crystal is scratch free. Case is very nice to near mint with some light nick marks along the upper case edges and polished lugs. There is some damage to one of the lug holes as seen in the pictures but this does NOT affect wear/usage. The bracelet is firmly attached with OEM Omega spring bars. Case appears to have been professionally touched up at some point but all finishes are correct and case lines are crisp.

Bracelet is nice with several scratches on the clasp and several links. Bracelet has been professionally (lightly) refinished to Omega specifications.

There will be no surprises. All wear marks can be seen in the pictures.
