How cool is this full lemon dial Cartier Tank?! So simple, so slick - it’s a thing of beauty. And this fantastic hand wound example comes with original strap (will include but placed on a brand new hand made lizard strap) original Cartier buckle AND box! YEAR: App late 70s - mid 80s DIAL: Such a fantastic design, the stealth full lemon dial combined with those classic blued hands! Beautiful condition, a few lights specs/marks, and the standard lacquer spidering only seen at certain angles, all in it presents beautifully! Crystal has some scratches, but they’re barely noticeable and I believe it to be original so always want to keep when possible. CASE: This is the vintage men’s version, measuring in at 23.5MM x 30.5MM. A small and classy watch, equally suitable as a midsize or unisex swatch. Pictured on my 6.6 inch wrist, it wears beautifully. The Vermeil case, a Cartier staple of gold over sterling silver has wear throughout, as to be expected given the age but looks fantastic on the wrist. And of course that sweet original crown with its blue cabochon! MOVEMENT: Hand wound mechanical movement running beautifully! Service history is unknown, but winding and setting is very smooth and timegrapher numbers are really good for the movement, at 19 seconds a day and a healthy amplitude of 262. STRAP: Comes on a beautiful, brand new brown hand made lizard strap. It looks classic! And very cool this also comes with its original Cartier leather strap (even the original spring bars!) - that will be included, but has a lot of wear, understandably, so wanted to put it on a beautiful new strap for security.
