Video: https://imgur.com/a/uzfh7gX I was drawn to this watch by its colorful dial—which is supposed to be inspired by navigational seafaring instruments and an homage to the port city of Hamburg, Germany. This special edition is engraved with a visualization of the constellation Argo on the case back, and this watch is number 1394 of 1999 that were produced. It’s a great looking watch, but ultimately not my style. I’ve only worn the watch maybe two or three times, so it’s in very good condition with no visible dings or scratches. The leather strap is surprisingly soft and comfortable (more so than much more expensive watches I’ve owned). It’s powered by the Miyota 8215 automatic movement, which features hacking seconds hand, a 42-hour power reserve, and a date complication. It’s got a 42 mm diameter, with a lug-to-lug of 45 mm, a case height of 12 mm, and a lug width of 20 mm. Domed sapphire crystal and 5 atm of water resistance. It’s a colorful, practical watch with some character, and not something you’ll see on everyone else’s wrists. Good for daily wear to the office, a casual weekend outing, or date night. This is not a full kit—I don’t have the box or papers any longer—but it includes both the leather strap and the stainless steel Milanese strap.
