Up for sale is my Borealis Lusitano - a wonderfully designed homage to the Omega Pie Pan with some modern design twists introduced by Borealis. Making space in the collection for some new purchases, and have too many dress watches. The case has the telltale lugs and curves of the Pie Pan, but redone in a more robust formatting. The domed crystal sapphire covers a nice pie-pan dial with a leather texture. The dial is a deep dark blue (almost black under most lighting conditions, but pops up blue when under direct sunlight). The markers and hands are high polished to provide some nice contrast and legibility. The case measures 39mm, with a L2L of 47mm. Thickness (including domed crystal) is a comfy 12.6mm. Lug width is 20mm. The beads of rice bracelet comes with quick release spring bars, and features an on-the-fly adjustable buckle for daily comfort. Inside the watch is a Miyota 8315, one of the newest generations of Miyota, featuring a 60 hour power reserve (handily beating a NH35), hacking, hand winding, and date quickset. Condition: basically new, wore it a few times around the house and out for dinner but no visible marks on the watch or bracelet. Watch is currently sized for my 7" wrist, and includes additional links. The watch comes with the dated warranty card (still under warranty!), travel case, and spare links.
