“Introducing Marathon's first collaboration with another watch brand . . . the Marathon x Islander Special Edition Navigator. This special edition is loaded with firsts. . . it is Marathon's first white dial Navigator as well as being the first time Marathon has used blue tritium tubes in a watch. The stark white dial is marked with Arabic numbers for the 12 hour time, and an inner 24 scale is also present. To provide a pop of color on the stark dial, an orange seconds hand is used. The caseback is marked with the Marathon and Islander logos. 250 units of this model were produced, and the serial number is etched on the caseback.”
