**Description**: This Vario 1918 Trench Watch is in excellent condition; I'm the original owner (purchased it directly from Vario) and wore it less than five times. The original bund strap, box, and papers are included. The 37mm model wears surprisingly well on the wrist--smaller than anticipated--and the unique shrapnel protector "dials up" the authenticity and historical significance. Please note that the photos show the dial guard simply placed over the dial, rather than inserted securely into the lugs as it's designed to do. The movement is an adjusted Miyota 82s5 automatic gilt movement (Côtes de Genève) with hand-winding and hacking, 21 jewels, 21.6kpbh, and >40 hours power reserve.
