Up for sale is this super cool and minimalist Modello Uno diver by Unimatic, in a limited edition of 500 for Hodinkee. It’s in excellent working and cosmetic condition, having been worn carefully in rotation, not for anything more strenuous than an actual walk in the park. The OEM rubber strap is barely used, as I wore this mostly on a third party strap, and the included NATO strap has never been used. I’m the original owner of this piece.

This watch features the newer, slimmer U-1 case (~11mm thick, with a diameter of 41.5mm and lug-to-lug of 49mm. The lug width is 22mm so you have tons of options (I personally opted for a natural rubber tapered strap, for comfort). The bezel also sports a fully-graduated 60 minute bezel, which adds to the symmetrical and minimalist appeal of this piece. Inside, the watch also sports a Swiss-made Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement, and is rated to water resistance of 300 meters / 1000 feet.
