VINTAGE MIDO BIG 30x47mm case

After many years of watch collecting, it’s time to pass my collection along to the next generation of collectors.
Listed here is one of my favorite watches I got back in 2007. This art deco Mido is huge, a whopping 30mmX40mm, not including the crown or wire lugs. Here are some details:

The watch works perfectly, and keeps good time.

It is stamped Mido, 20 micros gold plated, Swiss, on the back of the case
The movement is stamped (M/M) in a circle, which is Mido’s makes mark.
Blue steel hands.
The watch dates to 1935-1937 per an email response I received from Mido after I sent information to them including the number stamped on the case back.
The exploding dial was refinished by Kirk Dials in early 2008.
The onion crown is actually from a vintage Longines watch.
The watch has a very nice Hirsch leather band on it.

It is restored, complete and ready to wear. So to the next owner; enjoy it for many years like I have.
