Limited to 500 pieces, this one is number 206. It runs on Grand Seiko’s 9S66 caliber.  It is brother to the SBGM221 (same case and movement), except you get it on a bracelet and new for less than a preowned 221.  Box - Papers - Accessories: Outer box, inner box, hang tag, cloth pouch, GS inspection certificate, manual, and blank (not dated) original warranty booklet.
