For sale today is the Seiko SARY082 “Sidecar” model, sometimes listed as SSA346 or SARY132. Tags for this model identify it as the 082, if someone is aware of a difference that I am not. Beautiful rose-gold piece that catches the light brilliantly, much like the rest of the “Cocktail Time” series. The 41-hour power reserve is tastefully marked by an indicator on the dial, with the inset date wheel keeping the watch symmetrical and color-coordinated while still providing the functionality of the date function. Minimal signs of wear: Hardlex crystal still in excellent condition, and no major markings on the case itself. The original Seiko buckle is included, but has signs of wear on the corners. Seems like the gold plating has worn off in those areas, but other than that it is as good as you can expect from a well-loved watch. No service history, but the watch is in good working order and running within specs. Worn in rotation for about 2 years, but just has fallen out of the mix… the only gold or rose-gold watch in my collection because it isn’t really my color, but this one is just so darn pretty I couldn’t resist initially!
