Up for grabs is a rare full-sized, TAG Heuer 6000 Series Chronometer, Model# WH5153. This beautiful, green-dialed dial is comprised of steel and solid 18k gold and from what I’ve seen, is in much better shape than all the others being sold elsewhere. Measures 40mm wide, 19mm lug width, with a slim 9.2mm case. Legendary Formula One driver Ayrton Senna (RIP) wore the white dialed version of this model. The automatic movement runs great and keeps very good time. Crown screws down nice and tight and the bezel rotates crisply and uni-directional, as designed. Tritium lume is original and fully intact and has a nice patina but doesn’t glow for long. No box or papers anymore but I guarantee this to be a 100% authentic and original TAG Heuer. Comes on a navy, Barton canvas watch strap in gentle pre-owned condition. The strap pictured is not included. Curved spring bars will be included which allows additional clearance for more types of straps to fit this watch.
