For sale is my Omega Seamaster 300. A truly beautiful and rare example with the Big Triangle dial. This dial version was introduced in 1967, based on the serial number this watch is probably a 1969 production. This watch was serviced last year by Jack at International Watch Works, a well known vintage watch specialist. During restoration the flaking luminous material was removed and expertly restored with non- emission vintage pigment. The push/pull QS date operates exactly as it should The caliber 565 runs flawlessly, excellent bezel insert with all 3 ratcheting rubies in place. New signed Omega crystal and crown gaskets. Regarding the inside case back, it has been overstamped with 166.024, this overstamping is not uncommon with this model when Omega used whatever caseback was in inventory at the time. The watch keeps excellent time, winds very smoothly and functions exactly as a newly serviced watch should. In IWW's opinion the watch is fully original except for the newly replaced OEM crystal. This is not a watchco model, it is an original model. Dial: under a loupe, no spotting with slight deterioration. The case has wear that is commisserate with a 50+ year old watch. (pls see pics for condition). The sword hands match the dial perfectly. Included is a Forstner flat link omega bracelet pre 2018 with the push button clasp. Also included is a Uncle Seiko flat link bracelet for Omega Seamaster in case you want that old school appeal. Case size 41mm x 13mm thickness x 49.3 lug to lug- an absolutely please on the wrist.
