Bezel insert, hands and dial though has plenty of scratches and patina and would rate a 6/10  The watch has a steel case on aftermarket Seiko jubilee bracelet. Hardlex crystal and all other parts are clean. Great/even patinna/wabi on the piece. 📍 FUNCTIONALITY All functions working well (Bezel, Crown, day wheel, and timekeeping within standards).
