Originally designed for pilots, the “Big Crown”—which gives the model its name—allowed for easy adjustments while wearing gloves. The watch measures 40mm in diameter with a 48mm lug-to-lug and a 20mm lug width. It features a brushed and polished stainless steel case paired with a rose gold-plated bezel for a refined contrast. The silver-tone dial includes Arabic numerals and index markers, along with luminescent hands for improved visibility. Additional highlights include a multi-piece stainless steel construction, a domed plexiglass crystal up front, and a see-through case back made of mineral glass. It comes fitted on a brown leather strap, complementing the warm tones of the bezel and dial. The watch is in excellent original condition with only minor hairline scratches. Crystal is nice and clean with very little marks which are only visible upon close inspection. It has been recently serviced and is running well. Please note that the original box and papers are not included, but a watch box will be provided with the purchase.
