One of the elusive and hard to come by flighties, This watch measures at 42mm and has a quartz movement. 📍 EXTERIOR 8.8/10 for the case and bracelet which is is in good condition. Minimal marks on the case and caseback of the watch. Blue bi-directional bezel is a bit faded and has some light scratches but hence would rate this part a 7.8/10. Watch has a steel case on Original Seiko bracelet. Domed Hardlex crystal and all other parts are clean.  📍 FUNCTIONALITY All functions working well (Bi-directional Bezel, Crown, datewheel, and timekeeping within standards. Chronograph resets to 0. Crown guards though are stuck in the lock position and per previous owner, he has not tried to get these checked yet.
