The Mako II is the latest and improved Orient Diver with a hacking and manual wind feature added to the Automatic movement, along with integrated day/date setting via the crown rather than the old style Mako with the extra pusher at the 2:00 position. This baby is 41.5 inches of pure diving brawn that we bought along with a Tag Heuer 1000 diver from a fellow Florida resident that enjoyed the watches while diving in the Keys. Janice wants to hold onto the Tag and this Orient has to go as it's too large for her wrists.

This watch shows some wear and tear (some glorify that as "Wabi" but let's be real...it's wear and tear). However with a bit of polish she will perk right up. All functions work great, the screw down crown threads nicely and the bezel rotates with a nice solid click. The bracelet is large enough to fit loosely on my 7.5" wrist so it should be fine on most anyone. She is keeping good time and ready to put back in service for diving or simply wearing and being the envy of all your friends at this low price!
