Today I am offering another of my beautiful 30T2 watches from my collection. This one is in incredibly hard to find condition!


Dial
As you can see the dial has the classic military style lume numeral dial that is often found on Suveran models. The dial is silver in colour with a minute track around its periphery. The hands have the very attractive blued syringe shaped lume hands and a small seconds hand also in blue. This models have that very attractive sunken sub dial for the seconds that the 30T2 is well known. Overall the condition is exceptional, but there are a few fine marks as pictured. For an (almost) 80 year old watch, this is one of the best condition examples I've had the pleasure of owning.

Case
The case is in great condition too, fully made of stainless steel and measuring 34mm in diameter not including the crown, which is a good size for this era in general, and absolutely fine for modern use. I believe the crown to be original.

Movement
The movement is a 30T2 calibre movement and it is running very strong. I haven’t had it serviced during my ownership however so I would recommend factoring in a service at some point in the future. I have not however noticed anything that would bring me any concern.

Strap
The pictured strap is not included, so, the watch is sold as head only, however if you would like I will add one of my spares to it for you to wear straight away free of charge.
