Here are two IWC and one Cartier difficult custom made watch straps including IWC SCHAFFHAUSEN Da Vinci & SCHAFFHAUSEN INGENIEUR and Cartier Santos 100 custom straps.

All of these posting strap samples were sold by way of some custom strap order of my customers.
Each my posting items could be made a new watch strap according to the specification of the custom strap order.

IWC001, IWC SCHAFFHAUSEN Da Vinci black crocodile watch strap, 32x18mm, 80x110mm, thick 5.5mm taper to 3.1mm, black stitch.

The IWC SCHAFFHAUSEN Da Vinci crocodile custom strap is one of the most difficult hand made leather watch strap.
The IWC SCHAFFHAUSEN Da Vinci has the particular structure at watch lugs. There are a pair of metal inserts at the lug ends of the IWC SCHAFFHAUSEN Da Vinci strap.
And I need the particular metal inserts of the IWC SCHAFFHAUSEN Da Vinci old strap to produce the middle layer of the new custom strap. Either an IWC OEM old leather strap or an old kelvar type strap will be OK.
I have to pare the calf leather to be a proper thick, and package the metal inserts with the calf leather to produce the middle layer of the new custom strap.

After that, we glue together among the up side crocodile skin, the middle metal insert layer and the back side calf lining and sew these three pieces together.
Therefore, our padded crocodile strap will be more durable, clean and anti-allergenic during the wearing period.

And I need the particular metal inserts of the IWC Ingenieur old strap to produce the middle layer of the new custom strap. Either an IWC Ingenieur OEM old leather strap or an old kelvar type strap will be OK.

Each leather rings of our watch straps were made of two layer of leather which were glued together and sewn very well.

I'm George Lan, my family have been working at hand made leather crafts since 1983 in Taiwan.
We are glad to exhibit our handmade leather straps here.

We do our best at hand made leather crafts and we are used to make our leather craft to be an exquisite artwork.
The leather watchband is one of our favorite leather craft.

All of my leather straps are completely made by hand, made of some pieces of European cowskins (include the middle calf pad and the reverse side calf lining ), dyed & burnished edges or rough edges, and hand stitched with waxed natural linen thread.
The natural linen thread has a little fiber. We do not use the the cheap nylon thread.
The same producing process of the crocodile strap is that the crocodile skin was instead of the cow leather to make a crocodile strap.

The floating keepers of my custom straps were sewn very nice to avoid falling off.
The custom strap has a soft and durable British calfskin lining. It will be perfectly soft and durable, and will hardly break from the strap holes.

Our handmade watch straps are currently custom made in a single piece according to the custom strap order. You are welcome to search with cheergiant straps.
